The Chief assigns you a young woman who’s on the side—vaginal spotting, abdominal pain, irregular periods at baseline… the usual.  If only the GYN-booth Resident were still there!  But this woman doesn’t look so good.  The GYN Rooms are full, so you examine her abdomen where she is—and she’s diffusely peritoneal.  The HCG isn’t back yet, but you pull over the ultrasound, and this is what you see…
